Appointments and Pricing
All services are tailored to your pet's unique needs. Pricing is estimated based on the information provided to me and may be adjusted prior to or during service with clear communication.
Health and Behavior
Please inform me of any behavioral concerns or health issues before your appointment. I do not automatically refuse dogs requiring rehabilitation grooming, but I prioritize safety and comfort for myself and all pets.
Cancellation Policy
At this time, I do not have a cancellation policy. I do request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If cancellations become excessive, late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to fees.
Liability
While I take every precaution to ensure a safe and comfortable grooming experience, working with live animals carries inherent risks. Gloss and Whisker Pet Spa is not liable for unforeseen reactions, injuries, or conditions that may arise during or after grooming. However, I will always be overly transparent about any incidents, reactions, or injuries that occur while your pet is in my care. I also carry professional grooming insurance, and coverage details are available upon request.
